GC37: Chestnut Theme Challenge - Time

A new year, new calendars, new planners - how could we not choose

T I M E

as our first Chestnut Theme Challenge of 2010?

Have some fun with the idea of time in your creation! Think years, months, days, eras, decades and moments! You can use an image, a background or a sentiment that invokes the concept of time or try getting nostalgic. Time flies so don't miss out on joining in!

Our January sponsor, Serendipity Stamps, has graciously donated some blog candy!

Our randomly drawn winner for this challenge and will receive this gorgeous cling set:

For your chance to win this fabulous blog candy, just follow the simple guidelines below:

1) Make a papercrafting or mixed media creation using time as your theme or inspiration;

2) Post your creation to your blog or online gallery with a mention and link to this post; and

3) Come back to this post and leave a comment including a link to your creation or use Mister Linky below. Remember to make it a link to the specific post or picture and not just a general link to your blog or gallery. We need to be able to find your art!

For more information on our challenges and directions on linking, please check out our FAQ page.

One winner will be chosen at random from the qualifying submissions on February 2, 2010. You have until January 31, 2010 to enter!

  12. from Gerrie, sorry, but when I posted my piece, Blogger just eliminated my first paragraph, but the link here is there. I tried to correct it, posted again with a P.S. type of blog post, so I hope you can understand what I have done. But now...Mr. Linky won't let me post that link! OMG, time (get that) time to quit! whaaaaaaa
