Wow! In five days, Gingersnap Creations will be a year old! Unbelievable! That's why this month's Random Redhead Challenge is to make a

Birthday Greeting!

Birthdays conjure up ideas of cake, presents, silly hats and lots of fun and family! We are eager to see what our outstanding family of crafters does with this one!

Thanks to The Artistic Stamper for sponsoring this challenge and all our February challenges!


One randomly drawn winner will receive this fun border from The Artistic Stamper, called Flower Lace Border.

The winner will also be featured as the Gingersnaps Yahoo Group Home Page artist for one week.

When the challenge closes on March 21st, we will pick a top 5 - Ginger Gems - fabulous creations that we feel really exemplify that challenge's objective. The Ginger Gems will appear in the wrap-up post and a slide show in the blog bar for the entire week. Their creators will also have the honor of displaying our Ginger Gems blog badge.

For your chance to win this fabulous blog candy and to be eligible as a Ginger Gem, just follow the simple guidelines below:

1) Make a paper crafting or mixed media creation using "birthday" as your inspiration;

2) Post your creation to your blog or online gallery with a mention and link to this post; and
